Pupils from first through seventh grade, aged 6 to 13, should as a general rule not be using AI, while those in lower secondary school, aged 14 to ‌16, can cautiously adopt tools under teachers' supervision, the government said.
In upper secondary education, from ages 17 to 19, students should learn to use AI appropriately so that they are prepared for further education and work, it added.
I think our children need to be taught to have self respect enough to value their own intelligence. A.i is a reality and can do next to everything but that doesn't mean that you stop valuing yourself. Education needs to teach people this with the idea that humans are the "leader" and maker of ideas. I think once this is understood A.i should be available to all schools and taught in a.i/computer classes.

I hope one day us humans will have a much faster way to learn. Maybe a brainchip that links us up with a.i? Or some kind of brain uploading of information that takes one or two uploads to remember everything? This would help us compete.

1. This is our new reality and 2. internet security and defense is going to need the best models. Not keeping up with china means we're at their mercy and our secrets from the ufo shit to military planning can be in the hands of our enemies.

Stopping development of these models in the US is kind of like stopping development of air craft carriers during wwII or not developing tanks and deploying tanks in wwI. IT will lose wars and will make us inferior.

Internet = hackable
Smart phones = hackable
Satellite phone and internet = hackable

If we out right lose the battle to have strong enough a.i models we'll probably have to go back to the 19th century to talk or plan battle plans against China in the future. Carrier birds.

I do support staggered releases, though the current export controls on Mythos are deeply mistaken, to say the least.

Like I said defending against this will come down to having models being able to defend from it. You don't have that with holding back.

I will always side with freedom. That is just the way it is. I think people should be able to date a.i and have a android wife.

I can't wait until we have android sex bots! But I guess some pigs will violate my rights and steal that too. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: Going to put a camera in my bed room? Going to throw me in prison for being bisexual? Going to throw me in prison being a sinful fucker? Going to throw me in prison for wearing a dress. On and on. It doesn't ever end. Parents need to parent their own children and leave me alone.
Way to go off the rails and hardly address the article's contents...
