The only real two ways to rise birth rates at this point is to either bring back tradition or of course you know.

Tradition
Enforce pairing early in life through marriage(as in 18-20 years old)
Make it governmental policy to get married and promote the family...Entertainment, college, school, t.v, ect.
Demand babies. Even if government has to pay married couples money to do so.

The of course is male pregnancy through womb transplant will at least allow all the chinese, japenness and korean men to be able to have babies.

Taking away the a.i and humanoid partner doesn't solve a damn thing. The person doing it is already not going to find anyone, let alone reproduce! They're already the victim of a fucked system at this point. This is why populations are collapsing. wake up to reality.
