It's obvious they handle this kind of situation differently than in America where police officers would have turned the man into swiss cheese with bullets the moment he makes a threatening gesture.

Yet another stabbing. And this occurred in what's meant to be one of the most secure and heavily CCTV'ed areas – the heart of the financial district.
