My only real point of contention with any of them is that, when you're getting involved with this lot (especially the more clickbaity types), do remember many of the stories they relay may as well just be ghost stories and they're always going to try to default to an appeal to paranormality for even things that have already been explained. Unless it's something widely known and reported as inexplicable, it's probably just a prank, hoax, art, or misunderstanding; it's better to allow it to occupy a part of your brain where you know it's BS but still enjoy it.
