This is what I liked about the Star Trek series. The realistic depictions of leadership and lessons learned were amazing to me as a kid. There are other lessons in the series like fighting tactics and some others which make the series so timeless in spite of the old school nerdy stigma it had for the longest time. Obviously the Klingon's response would not be realistic for most settings except the most professional. It feels so silly to type out as an adult but the reminder of being a kid watching Star Trek was so strong.
