Read more here: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/g ... 5&ei=30(The Hill via MSN) Sen. Darline Graham (R-S.C.) and her Democratic opponent, Annie Andrews, are locked in a dead heat in the race for South Carolina's Senate seat, according to a new poll released Saturday evening.
The survey, conducted by right-leaning polling firm Trafalgar Group, found Graham leading Andrews by just one point — with a just under three-point error margin — among likely South Carolina voters.
Around 8 percent of those surveyed said they were still undecided on their vote this November, while around 6 percent selected another candidate.
An InsiderAdvantage poll released earlier this month had Graham leading in the race by two points, while a mid-August Impact Research survey sponsored by Andrews’s campaign found the candidates tied.
Graham is running for a six-year term in the upper chamber after she was tapped by South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster (R) to fill the Senate seat vacated following the death of her brother, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).
