What does this mean?
It means Elon and Tesla are super confident about FSD.
It gives more credibility to the Tesla Korean engineers who work on FSD saying that Tesla would reach robotaxi level capability by June/July 2024.
Regulatory bodies from across the globe have slammed Tesla for its branding choice of the Level 2 semi-autonomous driving aid. Jennifer Homendy, chair of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), called the branding "misleading and irresponsible." The California Department of Motor Vehicles filed a complaint of false advertisement with the state's Office of Administrative Hearings in a separate incident. And in some cases, Tesla has even been taken to court over the name. It's clear that the naming of the feature has led to a long string of legal matters that Tesla continues to fight over what the name implies to the consumer.
Semantics aside, Tesla may also be finalizing the name change as it becomes satisfied with a wide release of its software. Owners—well, most of them, anyway—have reported being very satisfied with the capabilities of the latest releases of FSD.
Tesla has also expanded its reach of FSD by putting it in the hands of all owners with a vehicle capable of running the software by enabling a one-month free trial of FSD. Not only does this give the automaker a chance to show off how mature the software has become—plus, perhaps that might bolster the adoption rate of the $12,000 add-on.
Tesla FSD is rapidly improving and seems to be creating level 4 self driving before our eyes. It is something that is difficult for many to believe and accept. AI systems have a history of not working for a long time and then having improvement that seems sudden to human observers. Once an AI gets into the pretty good relative to humans then they tend to very rapidly get to as good or better than the best human.
They are now releasing FSD 12.3.4 to all Tesla buyers in the North America. It is available to almost 2 million new drivers. FSD 12.4 should be out this month (April) and it is reported to be substantially better. FSD 12.3.4 should be able to handle reverse. There are only a few features that need to be added to get to a feature complete system.

Tesla has has officially lowered the monthly FSD subscription price to $99/month (from $199/month). This means it would be $1200 per year. If 50% adopt then that would be the $600 per car or an increase of 7.5% in profits.
This should massively increase adoption which increases the amount of data training and rate of improvement.
