This may or may not be worthy of an entry, but it should be noted that the frequency of asteroid impacts similar in size to the Chelyabinsk meteor is about once every 80 years, meaning that it is possible another town or city will see a destructive fireball event by 2090 or 2100.

That is, if humans ain't around anymore. By then we'd probably zap it with a laser or something
