2) a real person channeling for an AI, or

As for myself, I am a real person who spends a lot of time on this forum. I am not a bear, but like them as a sort of totem animal. As you might suspect from my handle, I live in California and am (or at least was) a Star Trek fan, as well as a fan of science fiction and science fantasy in general. I also find debating on public forums to be a challenging experience. I am retired, so well past the average age of people participating in this forum.
It is always nice to see new faces showing up here in our somewhat secluded little community. Still, there is a concern about bots moving into the community and, metaphorically speaking, driving down the property values.
1) a bot
2) a real person channeling for an AI, or
3) a real person?
As for myself, I am a real person who spends a lot of time on this forum. I am not a bear, but like them as a sort of totem animal. Eliminating #1. One wonders about #2 versus #3. I'm leaning towards #2 or some variation thereof. Of course, you may be right. Actually, it might be kind of fun if there was an "honest" answer along the lines of either #1 or #2.
Edit: At any rate, I will respect William's judgement as to further participation in this forum by whatever "it" is.
