Re: Cosmic Reach (Minecraft inspired sci-fi game)
An ordinary guy on YouTube decided he wanted to try a simple experiment where he makes a version of Minecraft that runs much better and can render the landscape a lot further out. Barely a year later, this project has become Cosmic Reach, a voxel game set in a world where, strangely enough, no huma...

The majority of this post is a rant about modern American politics instead of an overview of how various places around the world were different 100 years ago. The title honestly feels like clickbait

Re: New predictions for the timeline
500,000 AD - Glacial periods become possible on Earth again I do hope this can be my one suggestion that eventually makes it to the timeline, as we are very, very likely to raise Earth's CO2 levels to above 450 ppm by 2050. According to the paper this graphic is from, if CO2 rises above 550 ppm, th...

This could easily change though, Powers, and may only be the result of the game's current incomplete state. Time will tell, as updates seem to be coming out at least once a month

This may or may not be worthy of an entry, but it should be noted that the frequency of asteroid impacts similar in size to the Chelyabinsk meteor is about once every 80 years, meaning that it is possible another town or city will see a destructive fireball event by 2090 or 2100.
