Solarbox London

Solarbox is an award-winning project created by a team of young entrepreneurs in London. It takes disused telephone boxes and transforms them into free, solar-powered charging points for mobile phones. The first solarbox was launched this month at Tottenham Court Road in the heart of the West End and more are planned. The concept is similar to Boston's "Soofa" that we reported in June.
